Why is NoFraud contacting me?

We use NoFraud to help protect you and us from fraudulent orders.

If an order looks unusual, NoFraud may email or text you to confirm the purchase:

• They may ask a few simple questions to verify that you placed the order.
• They will never ask for your full card number, CVV, or SSN.
• Responding quickly helps us ship your order faster.

If NoFraud can’t reach you or can’t confirm the order, your order may be cancelled and refunded as a precaution.
