Ordering & Account Basics

• Do I have to be a business to order?

  Yes. Our shop is wholesale-only, so you’ll need a Tax ID (or a CA reseller permit if you’re in California). If we can’t confirm your biz we will try and contact you for confirmation. If we haven't heard back within 3 business days we void the auth so your card isn’t charged — banks can still hold...

• Are the prices I see wholesale?

  Most are but to be safe log in first; the site hides certain wholesale prices from the public.

• What’s the minimum order?

  $100 wholesale.

• How many of this pipe do I get when I click “1”?

  One! Unless the title explicitly states otherwise - like "24 Count Jar" etc. We show several in the photo so you can see color variety, but quantity = 1. We can’t take color requests unless the page has a color picker.

• Starter packages – what’s inside?

  Each pack is custom built after you order. For $500 & under we aim for 25 % hand pipes, 25 % bubblers, 25 % water pipes, 25 % “other,” plus 10 % extra freebies. Bigger packs skew toward nicer water pipes. We’ll happily tweak the mix—just email us.

• Can I get a catalog, price list, or UPC spreadsheet?

  The website is the live catalog. Most handmade imports don’t have UPCs, so we can’t send a full spreadsheet—but we can email a current price list on request.

• Do you drop-ship?

  We can! We currently use the Crowdship and Buddify apps for catalog and inventory management. These are available in the Shopify app store.

• Is your glass American-made?

  Mostly imported, but any US piece is tagged “(US Made).” Please don’t relabel imports as domestic—ask us if you’re not sure.

• Can I back-order an out-of-stock pipe?

  For unbranded glass, probably not—most runs are one-and-done. Branded or non-glass items might restock; email us with the SKU.

• I’m outside the U S—can I buy?

  We only ship inside the 50 states. International customers can use a US freight forwarder and must pay by bank transfer.
