Can I back-order an out-of-stock pipe?

In general, we don’t accept back-orders.

• Most unbranded runs are one-and-done. When they’re gone, they’re gone.
• Some branded or staple items do restock, but timing can vary.

If you’re interested in a specific item:

• Email us with the SKU and we’ll let you know if it’s likely to return.
• You can also add the item to your Wishlist and watch for restocks.
