Brand-specific warranties

Some manufacturers handle product warranties directly with your customers.

Examples include certain Puffco and Lookah electronic devices and branded vaporizers.

For these items:

  • After the item leaves your shop, direct customers to the manufacturer’s warranty page.
  • Keep receipts and serial numbers handy; many brands require proof of purchase and product registration.
  • Warranty decisions (repair, replacement, denial) are made by the manufacturer, not SPS.

If you’re unsure whether a product is covered by a brand warranty, ask us before you sell it.
