Missing items & packing errors

If an order arrives with missing or incorrect items, we’ll fix it.

Please email claims@spswholesale.com within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • Your invoice #
  • A description of what’s missing or incorrect (SKUs and quantities)
  • Photos of the box, packing slip, and contents you received

We record video of every pack-out and can review footage if needed. Once confirmed, we’ll ship replacements or issue a credit according to our policy.
