Missing items & packing errors

Please tell us within 2 days of delivery if any SKU is missing.

  • Email claims@spswholesale.com with your invoice #, the missing SPS item codes, and any box photos.
  • We record video of every pack-out; if we need to review footage it can add a short delay.
  • Once approved we’ll ship replacements or issue credit—usually the same day.
