Damaged or defective items

Claim window: 14 days from the day UPS marks the shipment delivered.
(If you’re missing items, see the next article—those have a 2-day window.)
Quick steps

  1. Take photos of every damaged piece and its packaging.
  2. Email claims@spswholesale.com with your invoice #, the SPS item codes for everything affected, and the photos.
  3. Hold on to the goods and packing until we reply—usually within 2 business days. No reply? Call us at *1-877-744-9439** and we’ll jump on it.*

We cover one free replacement shipment per original order; additional replacements just pay shipping.
