Quick steps
- Take photos of every damaged piece and its packaging.
- Email claims@spswholesale.com with your invoice #, the SPS item codes for everything affected, and the photos.
- Hold on to the goods and packing until we reply—usually within 2 business days. No reply? Call us at *1-877-744-9439** and we’ll jump on it.*
We cover one free replacement shipment per original order; additional replacements just pay shipping.
