Damaged or defective items

If anything arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help.

Please contact claims@spswholesale.com within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • Your invoice #
  • Photos of all damaged items and the outer box / packing materials
  • A list of affected SKUs and quantities

We use this information to file claims with carriers and suppliers. Once approved, we’ll offer replacements or credit according to our policy.

We cover one free replacement shipment per original order; additional replacements just pay shipping.
