You may request a return, exchange, or credit for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Basic guidelines:
- Items must be unused, in resellable condition, and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping is:
- Covered by SPS if the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, etc.).
- Covered by you for preference-based returns (over-ordering, slow seller, changed your mind).
- A restocking fee may apply to:
- Large, discretionary returns
- Items not returned in clean, resellable condition
To start a return, contact us with your invoice #, the SKUs and quantities you’d like to return, and the reason. We’ll review your request and send next steps.
