Easy 30-Day Returns

We want you to be happy with what you receive.

You may request a return, exchange, or credit for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Basic guidelines:

  • Items must be unused, in resellable condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Return shipping is:
    • Covered by SPS if the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, etc.).
    • Covered by you for preference-based returns (over-ordering, slow seller, changed your mind).
  • A restocking fee may apply to:
    • Large, discretionary returns
    • Items not returned in clean, resellable condition

To start a return, contact us with your invoice #, the SKUs and quantities you’d like to return, and the reason. We’ll review your request and send next steps.
